What should be done if the debentures default?
- Investors should check their debenture certificates to confirm whether they hold debentures that have defaulted on payment, and review the terms and conditions to understand their rights.
- If the debenture has a debenture holder representative, the representative will be responsible for arranging a meeting of debenture holders and informing the debenture issuer of the resolution passed at the meeting. Investors can find the name of the debenture holder representative in the prospectus (Factsheet) or the terms and conditions.
- If the debenture does not have a debenture holder representative, Funding Portal will be responsible for arranging a meeting of debenture holders and preparing the meeting resolution to inform investors and the debenture issuer.
