Each investor invests a small amount, but the power of a sufficient number of investors can meet the financial needs of a business.
Who is crowdfunding suitable for?
Crowdfunding is suitable for:
1. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) or startups
2. Investors who are not publicly traded companies listed on the stock exchange
Who regulates crowdfunding?
Equity and debt-based crowdfunding is considered a public offering of securities and is therefore subject to the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535, regulated by the SEC.
How many types of crowdfunding are there?
There are two types of crowdfunding supervised by the SEC:
1. Equity Crowdfunding
2. Debt Crowdfunding
